New William T. Rowe Residences: This three-phase, $80 Million project done in collaboration with HAHN and Trinity Financial revitalized an under-used building at 904 Howard Ave., filled it with 104 units of affordable housing and 26 unrestricted market rate apartments. The project was completed in 2011.
